Yes. You get 2 free AI conversions with no account — upload an image or PDF. After that, create a free account to receive 5 welcome AI credits for a few more conversions. Beyond that, buy a credit pack or upgrade to Pro.
The limits are exact: Free supports images up to 5 MB and 1 PDF up to 5 MB / 10 pages. Credit packs support images up to 10 MB, 1 PDF up to 10 MB / 30 pages, CSV export, and image batches up to 5 files. Pro supports images up to 10 MB, 1 PDF up to 15 MB / 100 pages, additional exports, and image batches up to 10 files.
No. Source images are used only during the OCR request and then discarded; we never store the original picture. After you sign in, converted results are kept for 24 hours so you can re-download them from your account history. The free trial does not save results for re-download.
Yes. You can cancel from the billing page and keep Pro until the current period ends. There is no lock-in.
